- Help with building Customer Experience Transformation Documentation (CETD) which takes the engagement from product selling to solution selling.
When you take up this model of partnership, you will work as a source of reference for us where partner shares lead with BlueWhirl Technologies and BlueWhirl Technologies will make the pitch, sell & implement. A referral fee will be paid to the partner for all such leads closed by the BlueWhirl Technologies team.
In this model partner will not only be a lead source for BlueWhirl Technologies but also be an extended part of our sales team that will go out and make joint pitches in the market along with BlueWhirl Technologies sales team. In this engagement BlueWhirl Technologies will directly bill the customer and partner will do the front ending on behalf of BlueWhirl Technologies. In this model the partner is eligible for a sales commission as a certain percentage of the annual billing.
In this model, partner will engage completely with the client from lead till closure. BlueWhirl Technologies will lead the implementation & support once the deal is closed. Partner will directly bill the customer and manage the relationship. There will be a transfer price given to partner. This engagement will have number commitments basis which the transfer price will be arrived at.
In this model, partner will do the entire process of lead till closure and will also implement the application on partner’s private cloud or at cloud service provider. BlueWhirl Technologies will train partner on both its product APIs as well as deployment needs. Partner will do direct billing with the customer and BlueWhirl Technologies will charge partner for the platform. This engagement will have number commitments basis which the transfer price will be arrived at.
Engagements will be governed by the MSA signed for the engagement model.
All fees & commissions are payable by 15th of each month for the previous
month.
All fees & commissions are payable up to the customer is an active paying customer of the application.
Billing will be on a per user per month model.
All pay-outs will attract TDS in case of sales commissions.
Billing is excluding of GST or any local government levies / taxes applicable in the region.
Bluewhirl Technologies takes no accountability for misuse of platform for
fraudulent activities.
