Designation: Sr. Business Development Executive (Inside Sales)
Job Description / Responsibilities-
•Identify business opportunities viz. enterprise customers, small, medium or large
•Work with internal teams to give demos, create solutions that will best fit the clients needs and beyond.
•Work with internal teams to create solution documents which will accompany financial proposals
•Prepare financial proposals and work with the client to close business.
•Work with internal teams to on-board customers in a seamless manner.
•Ensuring billing & collections
Additional skills:
Fair understanding of various customer engagement applications / tools should help. Hands-on usage of any sales / service applications could be an advantage.
Exemplary interpersonal skills are a must for this position. Need to have the ability to well network with Cx heads / influencers and engage in conversations that are business process driven. Business knowledge of various industry verticals could be one of the skills that will help in engaging with C level personnel
